AR Match connects clubs' real recruitment needs to the athlete profiles available on the market, in an environment designed to search, compare and qualify relevant matches.
An athlete, a club and an agent don't have the same need on AR Match. The platform structures each one separately, with the same standard of qualification.
AR Match doesn't replace a representation relationship. It gives you access to the market, recruitment needs and qualification tools, with or without an agent.
AR Match works as a recruitment support tool, from expressing the need through to qualification and connection.
AR Match brings a double value to the agent: working the existing portfolio better, and developing the business by identifying new commercial opportunities.
AR Match doesn't just aim to generate matches between profiles and needs. It combines technology, qualification and human judgment to identify and explore the most relevant opportunities.
It identifies possible matches between needs published by clubs and profiles available on the market.
Every match is compared, verified and qualified before any connection is made. Technology identifies, the Activrep environment qualifies.
A team of certified agents supports the reading of profiles and needs. Data informs the decision, it doesn't replace it.
AR Match's development follows a progressive logic, with priority given to validating the Club journey.
A club publishes a structured recruitment need: position, level, timing.
Athlete and agent profiles available on the market are presented and kept up to date.
Technology identifies matches between the published need and market profiles.
Matches are compared and qualified by the Activrep environment before any connection is made.
The club, the athlete and, where applicable, their agent connect on a qualified opportunity.

No. AR Match is operated by certified agents within Activrep. The platform structures the relationship between needs and profiles, it doesn't replace an agent's support.
No. An athlete can use AR Match without being represented by Activrep, just as an agent can position their own players there. When an athlete is already represented, their agent keeps the lead on the relationship with the club.
